Welcome to Moonlit Rituals. By accessing our website and utilizing our products and services, including purchasing our handcrafted products and engaging in our Feng Shui consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Products and Orders
• Product Descriptions: Our products are handcrafted in small batches, leading to slight variations in color, scent, or texture. These natural variations do not affect product quality or performance.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.

Pricing and Payment
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added at checkout.
• Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, and google pay

Shipping and Delivery
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. As our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary.
• Shipping: We offer shipping to the US only at this time. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
• International Orders: not at this time
Returns and Replacements
• No Returns or Refunds: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at bb.blossombotanicals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, send a replacement.

Feng Shui Consultation Services
Scope of Services: We offer professional Feng Shui consultation services, which may include assessments of residential or commercial spaces, personalized recommendations, and follow-up support. These services are provided in person or virtually, as agreed upon during booking.
Booking and Payment:
• Appointments: Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the consultation.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, apple and goggle pay.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
• Provider Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund of any payments made.
Client Responsibilities:
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and personal circumstances to facilitate an effective consultation.
• Access: For in-person consultations, you agree to provide timely access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Confidentiality: All client information and consultation details are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
