Q: Is Blossom Botanicals Cruelty-Free?
A: Blossom Botanicals is cruelty-free. We do not test on animal, nor do we sell our products in any locations that require animal testing by law.
Q: Do you accept refunds or exchanges:
A: Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds or returns, if the product gets damaged in shipping or the product arrives defective we can replace the product, please contact us by email. Our formulas are small batch and due to the hygienic nature of the products make them ineligible for return or resale.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we only ship in the US.

Q: Are your products made with recyclable packaging?
A: We aims to be as kind to the Earth as possible, including using recyclable glass containers for the majority of our products, in addition to recyclable cardboard.​

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: You can find all information related to your customer account, including current orders in your
Notifications page; and you can also check order history and current order status on the Orders tab in your customer dashboard.

SHIPPING INFO:
Processing time for regular orders is 48 hours during business hours, and shipping time vary due to location.​
