No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason.

Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, we are happy to offer a replacement.
   •    Procedure:
   •    Please contact us by email at bb.blossombotanicals@gmail.com.
   •    Include your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos showing the damage or defect.
Note:
   •    Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   •    Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.

 

Product Nature and Resale Restrictions
Our formulas are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, hygienic processes. Due to the intimate and artisanal nature of our products:
   •    Items are ineligible for return.
   •    Resale of returned products is not permitted.
